Conduct group and individual counseling sessions to enhance social development of students;

Consult with parents regarding their children's academic performance, behavior, and needs;

Participate in and facilitate the intervention team process;

Consult with and train teachers, parents and staff regarding children’s needs;
Participate in, coordinate and conduct activities that contribute to the effective operation
of the counseling program and school
